By downloading or using the 1₹ Grow App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Platform

1₹ Grow is a voluntary daily contribution platform designed to encourage consistent savings habits. It is not a lottery, gambling service, or investment scheme. Rewards are activity-based and not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use this App
• You must have a valid Indian phone number and UPI ID
• One account per phone number and UPI ID is permitted

3. Contributions

• Daily contribution amount is ₹1 per cycle
• Contributions are voluntary and close at 5:00 PM IST daily
• Contributions are non-refundable once submitted
• Autopay can be enabled or disabled at any time

4. Rewards

• Rewards are distributed at 7:00 PM IST daily
• Rewards are based on user activity, consistency, and participation
• Reward amounts depend on the total pool collected each day
• An operational charge of 1.5% is deducted from the daily pool
• Rewards are credited via UPI within 24 hours of the reward cycle

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for UPI transfer failures caused by your bank or UPI provider, incorrect UPI IDs provided by users, or losses due to force majeure events.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
